MEET THE ELDERS
Our elders are co-vocational while serving our community through their roles at Redeemer. Together, the elder team leads RBC as equals with varying degrees of responsibility. Josh, Stephen, and Phillip all share in preaching, teaching, LEADING, shepherding, AND PRAYING FOR the congregation.
JOSH ARRINGTON
ELDER AND SENIOR PASTOR
Josh is our Senior Pastor and elder. He also works for Archetype Wealth Management
STEPHEN HERNANDEZ
TEACHING ELDER & PASTOR
Stephen is from San Antonio, TX, and he holds a Master of Biblical and Theological Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary, an MBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, and a BBA in Management from Texas A&M University. Stephen and his wife, Yadira, have two kids - Emilia and Alex. Stephen has a full-time career as a Senior Director of Finance at Trimble and he loves to spend time with his family and friends in his free time. He’s also an avid reader and he enjoys playing golf, watching the Chicago Cubs, and watching Notre Dame football and Texas Aggie football.
PHILLIP MUSICK
TEACHING ELDER & PASTOR
Phillip is one of our teaching elders. Phillip works in shipping and receiving in the San Antonio area.
